Messy, Messier, Messiest

We had baked beans for lunch today. Home-made, of course. They were pretty much an all-round hit.

Now, the junior set did start off using their spoons. They're quite the little fans of spoons these days... but... spoons are tricky things, you know. Hard to aim.Harder still to get them to ferry their contents from bowl all the way to mouth. (But really, what else are high chair trays for?)
At a certain point, however, even the most dedicated of spoon-feeders (and Dominic really is dedicated to the task)... even the most committed spoon enthusiasts can decide "the heck with it".


And so they did.
