Tuesday: Roasted carrots, rutabaga, and zucchini with feta; pulled pork

Wednesday: Red lentil dahl with rutabaga and rice

Thursday: Curried chicken, rice, dumplings made from chickpea flour

Friday: Lentil soup, cumin flatbread
