Monday: Southwestern Beef Stew (a meat-free, black bean only variant for Ella), baguette, kale salad with lemon-Parmesan dressing
They liked the stew. Two (or more) helpings for everyone! They all tried the kale, but only Addie wanted a second bite.
Tuesday: Rice and dahl, carrot salad
Wednesday: Fish cakes, sesame-ginger green beans
Thursday: Coconut spinach, roasted marinated tofu fingers with apple relish
Friday: Grilled cheese sandwiches, cooked cauliflower
