Monday: Sandwiches, salad
Tuesday: Breaded fish, corn
Wednesday: Pho soup (vietnamese beef noodle soup, essentially), vegetable
Thursday: Black bean stew with a broth thickened with cornmeal
Friday: Gyros: ground turkey meatloaf, served with tzatziki sauce and topped with various shredded vegetables, tucked in a pita. (For the smaller ones, everything will be offered chopped into smallish bits.)
